I just wanted to drop you a quick email to say thank you for all your help with the fairground rides over the weekend for Fete.  I’ve had feedback from all departments saying it was the smoothest set-up yet, and that starting early on Friday works really well, so thank you for your help in arranging that.

All the guys were really helpful as well – I hope they enjoyed working the event too.
