Irvin Leisure Covers The Nation.

Childrens RidesWe thought you would be interested in the work we do all around Britain, and of course including Scotland and Wales too, now that we are operating our regional offices.

Over the past two years we have provided rides, games, stalls and food units for events in the Welsh Valleys where we have supported and assisted in period themed functions in the Museum of Wales recreations of Tin and Coal Mining villages. We have provided full fairs and large equipment for Corporate Functions in Cardiff and Swansea, and our children’s rides have been filmed in a Motorway Service station just past the Severn Bridge.

Still in the West Country we are proud to have provided, again, a full operating funfair for a famous artist’s family functions and this has included Giant Roller Coaster, Carousel, Dodgems, White Knuckle Thrill Rides and also games and food stalls. However we gave as much time and attention to the many smaller parties where perhaps our Bristol and Bath clients wanted a juvenile attraction or coconut shy, because everyone gets the same care from us no matter how large or small their event.

One of our favourite jobs was to decorate up our High Striker Test of Strength for a Tool Company in Bridport who were demonstrating the strength of their products and using our historic equipment to show the levels that could be achieved.

Then we went to Scotland. Perhaps the most multi cultural event we have ever supported was for the Chinese TV Channel when they needed games stalls for a Supermarket promotion in Glasgow (there you are, how many different multi racial boxes does that tick?) and we took a wide range of children’s rides, food stalls and games. We took a test of strength to Prestwick and our Carousel popped up in Edinburgh for a summer festival and in Aberdeen for an Arts College event.

We are always working in Manchester and the North West, sometimes in the exhibition halls there and sometimes in street festivals. For instance, Liverpool Council hired in a coconut shy for a celebration, and in Blackpool we were thrilled to be selected to provide Victorian attractions for a local school centenary.

Irvin Leisure are local to nowhere and yet local to everywhere. That is why we have set up our local networks as part of our continuing drive to improve our services to you, our important clients.
